14th Annual Red Cedar Elementary Foxes Trot 5K  We are thrilled to announce the 2054 Red Cedar Elementary Foxes Trot 5K. The Race will be attracting both the serious competitive racer and our school families to enjoy a morning of health and fun with their family and friends. This race has grown over the years, and we are anticipating over 500 participants this year!  Red Cedar Elementary, Bluffton, SC Saturday – March 1, 2025 8:00 AM – Packet Pick Up and Check In 9:00AM - Kiddie Fun Run (0.3 miles) No Registration Required but encouraged. ONLY for Ages 6 & under  9:15AM Foxes Trot 5K – REGISTRATION REQUIRED Age group medal ceremony following end of the race.  1 Overall Male and Female. Top 3 Male and Female in each age group.  Age groups: 6 and under, 7-9, 10-12, 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ and we will award first overall male and female & first overall Red Cedar Male and Female.  (Plus a stroller division). Early Packet Pick up Friday February 28th, from 3PM-5PM we will have early Race Packet Pick Up at Red Cedar Elementary under the yellow awning to the right of the front door. Please be mindful school dismissal is at 2:45PM and you will need to park in the parking lot and walk across the front crosswalk to pick up race packets. Registered participants may pick up their bibs and t-shirts during this time or pick up between 8-9 on Saturday morning.   There is no RACE DAY REGISTRATION.

Join us for the Bluffton St. Paddy's Day 5K on March 15th, 2025, and let the Irish spirit guide your stride! The race kicks off at Martin Family Park in Bluffton, weaving through the charming Historic Old Town Bluffton and along the enchanting May River. Run, walk, bring the little leprechauns—fun for the entire clan! Stroller-friendly, and our furry friends are always welcome. Little ones under 8 can join the "Chase the Leprechaun" 400-meter fun run. All proceeds and donations go to the Hilton Head Humane Association. Dress in your finest green attire for a chance to snag the Best Costume prize! Every participant receives a technical t-shirt, and finishers medals await all runners and walkers. Top male and female finishers, along with the top in each age division, will be honored with awards. Packet pickup on Friday, March 14th, at Palmetto Running Company, Bluffton only from 3-6pm. On race day, collect your packet at Martin Family Park from 8:00-8:45AM—no registrations on the day of the event. Awards: 5K Awards are up for grabs for the top male and female finishers overall, as well as top in each age divisions: <12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+, and even the top 3 dogs. Kids Fun Run: For the little ones under 8, it's the "Chase the Leprechaun" 400-meter free fun run around the park. Let's see who can catch the Pot o' Gold from Seamus O’Shamrock!

Lowcountry Legal Volunteers Attorney Chase is back by popular demand! Join us for a 5K run or walk and chase attorneys and grab fabulous prizes along the way if you can catch them! New this year, 5K Team, each team consists of 4 people. Team score is the total finish time of 4 team members. Team with the best score wins.   We want you to help us celebrate our 25th year of providing free legal services to low-income families living in Beaufort, Jasper and Hampton counties. Commemorative Lawyers Chase T-shirts to the first 150 to register. Come run with the kitties in purr-fectly delightful April temperatures at the All About Cat’s – Cats Me If You Can 5k Run/Walk.  The course starts in historic Mitchellville Freedom Park, heads out to beautiful Fish Haul Beach, traverses the peaceful back roads of the islands north end and finishes on the Red Carpet “Cat Walk” near the All About Cats Sanctuary. There you’ll be greeted with human size Pet-Purr-Ratzi who will hand you your finisher reward!  Runners and walkers alike are welcome. There’ll be an after-race party and you’ll have a chance to meet and greet with real life feline friends and explore the good work that All About Cats does. Registration is $35 with swag including a stylish t-shirt with the event logo and all who complete the race receive a lanyard with finisher premium. Awards await the top male and female finishers overall and in each age group. Please note there is no same-day registration. All proceeds and donations go to benefit All About Cats - Hilton Head Island, a 100% volunteer-based 501c3 organization committed to providing care for cats in the South Carolina Lowcountry.

Please arrive by 7 a.m. to allow ample time for parking, check-in, and stretching before the race.   Parking Race day parking is available at nearby establishments surrounding Jarvis Creek Park. Note that there is NO participant or spectator parking at Jarvis Creek Park itself, so plan ahead and allow time to walk to the venue.
