Join us for our first group run form our new Bluffton store located at Washington Square near Lowcountry Fresh. We'll meet at 7:00AM at the store go out for a 3-5-7 mile run/walk, return to the store for breakfast.  

The 5k race starts and ends at LowCountry Community Church off of Buckwalter Parkway. It is a fast flat course and will be chip timed by Palmetto Running Company. There will be one water station on the course approximately at the halfway point. The race will start promptly at 8am with the Children’s DASH followed by the 5k run. Parents are welcome to run with their child(ren) if necessary. All participants will be welcomed back to the finish with a shower of bubbles (representative of special needs) and a finisher’s medal.  The award ceremony will take place after the last runner completes the 5k course. The overall top male and female runners and the top age group male and female runners of the 5k in each of the following age groups (<10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+) and DASH in each of the following age groups (<4, 5-7, 8-10) will receive awards. You must be present to receive an award.  Refreshments will be available for all during the event. Shirts are guaranteed if registered by September 9th. Registrations accepted until 7:45am on race day. Packet Pick up is Friday September 20th 3:00 to 5:00pm at Palmetto Running Company @ 30 Plantation Park Dr, Ste 202, Bluffton, SC 29910 and race day morning from 7:00-7:45am at the race start. **Proceeds from this event are for the Autism Smile Charity**

Join us for our next Run/Walk + Yoga on the beach. The run will be led by PRC's very own Melissa Matus and we are so excited to offer a FREE Yoga class on the beach with Stasia. Meet up at the fountains at Coligny Beach. 7AM.  Don't forget your water and yoga mats!

Register for this year's Move Your Mind 5K and 1-mile walk to help raise funds and awareness for Memory Matters. This local non-profit organization offers programs and services to families and individuals living with Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementia (ADRD).  There will be a 5K run and a 1 Mile walk on the Hilton Head Island beach in front of the Marriott's Grande Ocean outside Sea Pines back gate. What can be better than running along the beach while watching dolphins play and raising funds for LOCAL families living with ADRD? After the race, pancakes will be provided to all race registrants at the Providence Presbyterian Church where all parking will be available. It will be a fun morning full of health & happiness.

The Oyster Run is a part of the Historic Bluffton Arts and Seafood Festival. After you cross the finish line, celebrate with other participants and friends at the After-Party and awards presentation immediately following the race.  Registration Fees for the race are $35 for the 5K and $45 for the 10K. Prices increase October 1st. T-shirts guaranteed if registered by October 8.  Late registration and Packet pickup will be available on: Thursday, Oct. 17th at 4-7PM at Wright Family Park, Bluffton.  Race day at the Oyster Factory Park 6:45-7:30AM. NO SAME DAY REGISTRATION. Run the race and join the party….then map out the rest of your day for food, art and more fun at the Bluffton Arts and Seafood Street Fest that day in Old Town. Medals presented to the top male and female finishers overall, as well as top 3 finishers in each of 8 age divisions. Divisions: <12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+ Top 3 Dogs. Parking is available on site at the Oyster Factory park.

Palmetto Bluff is the best of the South Carolina Lowcountry. 20,000 acres that remain virtually undisturbed and home to some of the most beautiful trails in the Lowcountry. Join us for the annual Buffalo Run benefiting the Palmetto Bluff Conservancy. Featuring an all trail course, this 10K, 30K, and 50K race is a tree-shaded combination of single track, dirt and gravel road trail. The Buffalo Run 6.2-mile trail winds deep into the ancient maritime forests of Palmetto Bluff. Don’t be afraid to get a little muddy — it’s all a part of the experience. 30K and 50K Relay Teams. Gather your friends and compete in the 30K and 50K endurance races with either a 3-person team for the 30K or a 5-person team for the 50K. Packet pickup. Saturday 12/14. You can pick up your packets at Palmetto Running Company located at 25 Minetta Lane. Bluffton, SC 29910 from 12-5 PM.   Race Day Sunday 12/15. Gates opens at 5:30AM.  50K and 50K Relay Race begins at 6:30AM. 30K and 30K Relay begins at 8:30AM.10K Race begins at 10:00AM. Hydration and Fuel Stations. These stations are located midway and at the finish. Staging Area. Relay teams and 50K Runners are allowed to set up pop-up canopy tents and tables for the support team in their designated areas. This is a cup free race - there will be water stations on the course but please bring your own hydration bottles.  Awards. Buffalo Run long sleeve shirts to all participants registered before December 1st. Buffalo Run finishers medals for all 10K, 30K and 50K and Relay participants.  All 50K individual finishers receive a Buffalo Head Award. Bronze Buffalo Awards to the overall 1st place male, female in each race and 1st place relay teams. After Party and Awards Presentation. The Buffalo Run After Party begins at 11:30AM. Live Music from Low Country Boil. Each runner receives a free beer from River Dog Brewery and basket of buffalo wings.
